As an advocator of "people first", his personal career mission is to create a positive impact towards leadership, people & culture. Ken has a diverse career span before joining recruitment. He started his employment with the government sector and was presented with an opportunity to join a global bank. He graduated with an Executive Master of Arts from the University of Melbourne. He is currently managing a team of recruitment consultants working with talents across Banking, Financial Services, Commerce & Industry. His market coverage includes Singapore and South East Asia.
