Alex Chan has over 20 years of experience in ICT and cybersecurity domains, in SME and corporate environments. His experiences spanned client technical support, account management, ICT sales team lead, and culminating with founding of Contfinity and leading the two-year-old company as CEO and Head of Sales.
Starting out in technical support with systems integrator GMS, Alex rose quickly to head the sales team. His experience at GMS included a stint as in-house technical support with a US MNC bank. After GMS was acquired by M1, Alex led the ICT sales team and grew the telco’s B2B market presence.
