The Lizzo dispenser chills the kombucha and keeps it fresh for weeks. Our kombucha comes in single-use recyclable 10L mini kegs.

Lizzo has a refrigerated chamber to keep the keg chilled. She has an inbuilt air compressor with a sensor to maintain constant pressure in the keg even while dispensing.

The kombucha is tapped via a disposable line which can be easily popped off and replaced at the same time when you change your keg.

No special gas cylinders, elaborate line cleaning and tap maintenance required.
